Return To Castle Wolfenstein Blood Zombies Pack changes the textures to show realistic blood covered zombies with some tweaks to the ingame sounds effects allowing them to sound more like the animals they are. Xlabs Atmospheric music is also used to build that scary ambience we all need. For more of an experience I suggest turning the brightness down until you feel the mood.
