📋 About This Mod
Adds LSPD Patches to all Speedster Shirts. Includes all vanilla colors and also an extra add-on Navy Blue on a separate .pak (add on shirts can break with update so I separated them so I don't need to hide the main mod), which turns is actually one of the real colors available by Velocity Systems.

My interest is LSPD SWAT with black gear and blue uniforms, I only make other colors for sake of consistency of a public release.
