📋 About This Mod
Since the devs won't do it, i will.
Increases the lifespan of spent bullet casings from the default 5 seconds to 25 minutes (1500 seconds). Casings will now remain scattered on the floor during your firefights for significantly improved immersion, rather than magically vanishing.Built using a UE4SS Lua script to bypass the restrictive custom object pooler.
The script modifies the Class Default Objects (CDOs) and hooks into:
"PooledActor_BeginPlay" It dynamically disables the hardcoded.
"bReturnToPoolAfterPhysicsHit" flag and overwrites the "MaxLifespan" of the shells.
Successfully overriding the developer's forced 5-second pool recycle timer from the console ports.

v. 2. 0 / Added realistic collision on all bullet casings.

PREREQUISITES
You must install UE4SS (Unreal Engine 4 Scripting System) BEFORE installing this mod.

STEP 1: INSTALL UE4SS & MOD FILES
1. Place the contents of the UE4SS zip in the following directory:
C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\Ready Or Not\ReadyOrNot\Binaries\Win64
2. Place the mod folder "ShellCasingsModVAXISTaa" into the "Mods" folder located within that same Win64 directory.

STEP 2: UPDATE MODS. TXT
1. Open "mods.txt" (located inside the Mods folder).
2. Add or edit the following lines so they end with " : 1":
ShellCasingsModVAXISTaa : 1
ConsoleCommandsMod : 1
ConsoleEnablerMod : 1
BPModLoaderMod : 1
3. Save and close the file.

STEP 3: CONFIGURE UE4SS SETTINGS
1. Go back to the Win64 folder and open "UE4SS-settings.ini" in a text editor.
2. Look for "folder path" and set your mods folder path:
ModsFolderPath = C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steama
