Changes TOC voice lines to the great alchemical purple SMOKE
DLC 3 borked all VO mods and it didn't feel right to play without calfie's instructions.
All TOC mission voice lines should be replaced with lines from Muu Muyu of Phase Connect. This is just a pak of the files from Muyu's community post on 2/2/25.
Obviously, this mod will conflict with any other TOC VO mods.
