FAL uses 20 round as default and choose 50 drummag attachment to switch animations and get increased max ammo.

Fix tac reloading issue.

Add an Tactical FAL and SA58 variant with Drum Mag (50 rounds, Not replacing the vanilia SA58) and custom animations (mag check/reloading/grip/Melee).

自制50发弹鼓FAL，拥有自制动画和特殊机制。

特殊机制 Special features:

1.子弹可以破门，以及压制效果。Bullets can breach door and suppress civs and sus not directly hit.

2. SA58没有强制lowready，FAL后坐力更低。SA58 has no force lowready while FAL has lower recoil.

3. 近战攻击变成踢击，可以击倒嫌犯平民，破门，多次踢击会致死。Using kicking as melee method to knock down targets and breach doors. Multiple kicking can be lethal.
