Building upon the excellent work of ETOFSpec, here's an expanded SWAT 3 VO library for Judge
ETOFSpec brought the ever-professional, incessantly-switched-on battery bunny that is the SWAT 3 Element Leader to Los Sueños. I merely expanded and edited some lines to better match the commands Judge gives in the field (such as, "Breach with shotgun! Go when ready!" and the edited "Prepare to make entry! Shotgun, bang, and clear!"). Swapped out some lines for when Judge is making arrests, giving orders to disable traps, and giving commands to civvies and sussies.
