Subtitles Overhaul Project

(This mod is WIP! Expect things to change. Not all dialogue texts are fixed and completed, the fixed ones are in the .zip file)

Subtitles are really important for people if they can't properly hear what characters are saying properly or if they are just deaf and can't hear anything.

VOID mostly didn't care about the subtitles and they just displayed most of the speaker names as "Unknown" even with the POI civilians and suspects.

As for the dialogue text, there are some misspells, British English spellings, untranslated foreign language voicelines, unnecessary capitalized dialogue text, etc.

They were all inconsistent but... SOP fixes it all.

Not only that, but it also works on previous RoN versions to 1. 0 (As long as you rename "names_en.csv" to "names.csv" if the version you're playing on is before the DLC3 update.)
