snowfall_slowed Main Menu Replacement

Hey Everyone I bring you an updated version of the Snowfall menu replacement mod

Because of recent updates and changes to bank files that mod no longer worked as the Menu bank file it required you to replace is no longer available to edit/alter

Which means you have to edit the UI.bank file in order to replace menu music

So I took the liberty of replacing the menu music with the song

it such a good song and i really wanted to see it back on the main menu so after figuring out how the new file works to replace menu music I restored this song to where it belongs
