There are main editions and individual mods/addons. You can hand pick each individual mod and install them, or you can install a main edition (a preset of individual mods) and then install desired addons after to tailor your experience.

Make sure to install mods in the order they are listed from top to bottom on this page (not files page) since some files overlap.

These mods are compatible with other VO mods. Make sure to install the Silent Mods last after all other VO mods, since the Silent Mods overwrite voice lines with modded files.

These mods only change voice lines and don't change game mechanics. These mods work in tandem with other mods that change gameplay. Check out the recommended mods section at the end of the page.

Please read the instructions on how to correctly install/uninstall in order to avoid issues. You can find instructions at the end of this page.

Main Editions:

Immersive SWAT Edition:

This edition changes Judge, SWAT, TOC, and NPC's voice lines to create an immersive SWAT experience. Voice lines were changed to remove all police references. Judge/SWAT/TOC were muted when engaging suspects without yelling for compliance or harming  civilians/teammates/compliant suspects. You will not get verbal responses mid mission for breaking ROE but will still have your score  penalized. SWAT was also muted when they small talk (the random immersion breaking comments during a mission) and when they are in the "hold" state, since they love to remind you they are waiting for you.

This edition is for those who want an immersive playthrough with no police references. This edition can be installed with other individual mods/addons to tailor your experience. This edition consists of these individual mods: Judge (No Police Lines), Judge (No ROE Lines),SWAT (No Police Lines), SWAT (No ROE Lines), SWAT (No Small Talk Lines), TOC (No ROE Lines) and NPCs (No Police Lines).

Special Forces Edition:

This edition changes Judge, SWAT, TOC, and NPC's voice lines to simulate playing as a special forces team. Voice lines were changed to remove all police references. TOC was muted entirely except for a few Port Hoken story specific voice lines. Judge/SWAT were muted when yelling for compliance, engaging suspects without yelling for compliance, harming civilians/teammates/compliant suspects, and when addressing TOC. Judge/SWAT only communicates reports to the team. Suspects/civilians were muted when they don't comply, but will still verbally respond when they are compliant. This was done so suspects don't r
