A special U. B. C. S. unit, made up of the worst military criminals, was sent by the Umbrella Corporation after the gas station incident in Raccoon City. Their mission is to destroy all evidence and eliminate any witnesses.

Meanwhile, strange rumors are spreading through the city — people talk about walking dead, a helicopter flying over, and a huge figure that jumped down from it...
