Police Car LSPD Livery Fix and Tweaks (DLC4 ok)

All Versions work with DLC 4

This mod fixes a major void woopsie that I am amazed it never got fixed. Now both doors have the correct decals. Also moved them to the middle of the door to replicate LAPD cruisers a little bit better. Game was unplayable before this, now RoN is finally fixed!

- Basic version that mainly fixes the passenger side door decals and adds Call 911 decals. (moved to optional tab)

- Complete version with full decals, including: Unit number on doors, unit number on roof, division number, Call 911, small unit number and US flag on trunk.

Obviously due to game limitations I cannot do randomized unit numbers. Added Bumper stickers, inspired by the LAPD cruisers but using lore friendly posters (making them dystopian af). All taken from the game files. (Main File)

- Reverse Lights that were missing on the original model. To make this car even more of the ultimate abomination of a hybrid between a CVPI and Chevy Caprice.

- Basic texture fix on the "destructible" version of the police car prop, used on custom maps like The Row and Ditch and Run and for LODs. No unit numbers on this one as the texture is very low resolution and a pain to work with since parts of the car are mirrowed and makes no sense.

- Bonus mod that adds LSPD seal and slogan to the OId Early Access Ford Crown Victoria, used by some amazing custom maps like Old Hotel and SW4T or Not. Won't do anything to the vanilla game.

- Minor patch for the florida man maps. The car edits on that map were made for the old void asymmetrical texture. This patch simply removes the florida sheriff seal so the car is LSPD again, instead of having duplicated seals.
