The MK18 MOD 0 was developed in the early 2000s by the Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Division, the MK18 Mod 0 Close Quarters Battle Receiver (CQBR) was born from necessity. U. S. Navy SEALs and VBSS (Visit, Board, Search, and Seizure) teams required a submachine-gun-sized weapon that still fired 5. 56 NATO. By cutting standard M4 barrels down to 10. 3 inches and mounting them onto existing M16A1 lower receivers, Crane created a legendary platform that defined the Global War on Terror (GWOT).

What Makes It Unique?

  Please take the PAK file and drop it into where you normally install your PAKs.

  You get a fully repainted firearm, recoil tuned and optics/lasers/lights have been moved to better suit proper placement as they were previously to far forward on the top rail, closer to the delta ring.
