changes the weaponry, and adds more variation to civillians and suspect
Replaces all suspect weaponry for the gas station map, they now have Dracos, ARPS, Glocks, and Pump shotguns
adds some variation to suspect models so that the guy in the yellow jacket doesnt spawn 15 times
doesnt touch civs much, just added a few models
will be doing other maps soonish
