This mod disables ROE:
- ONLY SCORING IS AFFECTED
- All scoring penalties have been removed
- All completion requirements have been removed except for hard and soft objectives
- All bonus requirements to achieve S rank have been removed
- Killing civilians in multiplayer will still fail the objective (but not the mission)
- SWAT AI behavior is not affected, they will shoot you if you kill civilians
- Using other scoring mods with this mod will cause a conflict
This mod is ideal for lobbies with CoD randos that don't pick up weapons or cuff/report downed suspects. Also great for zombie mode.
Recommended (not required) for use with Super Dismemberment Ammo.
