No More Pepperballs - Better Less Lethals

First ever mod upload, made for personal use and thought others might want to use it too.

Simple mod that changes the pepperballs to act like beanbags. Based on an older mod I used back during the Dark Waters update that did the same thing but has since been taken down.

Only changes the pepperball projectile so SHOULD (in theory) be compatible with mods that edit the weapons themselves.

One known issue is that the pepperball cloud is no longer a problem to the player, even without a gas mask, however it will still cause suspects and civilians near the impact to cough as if the cloud is still present, I don't know why this is happening or how to fix it but it is only a slight grievance so I just deal with it. Will attempt to fix it and add a few more small details later.

Installation instructions

Just extract the .zip folders contents into your .paks folder with the rest of your mods and you should be good to go

Main features

-Changes pepperball impacts and stun effect to beanbag impacts.

-Changes pepperballs to be able to break some destructible objects (bottles, windows, etc.)

-Removes pepperball gas cloud (kinda, refer to description)
