Neon Tomb Club Music Off by Default

Description

This simple mod makes the Club level start with the DJ music already disabled, as if the player had used the “Stop The Music” interaction at the DJ mixer, so you can hear the ambient/combat music (made by the brilliant Zack Bower) from the start.
