More slots and armor buffs

Increase the heavy armor slots to 18, and light armor slots to 15.

Provide an alternative enhanced armor version with the following adjustments ,Same armor slots are available as well.

And it provides better hit feedback. You can try it out in the game :

• []Ceramic armor: Increase durability capacity, raising its breaking threshold from 4 hits to 6 hits.[/]

  []Steel plate armor: Remove all movement speed penalties, set a flat 90% damage reduction value, while retaining the original self-harm spalling fragment damage mechanic.[/]

  []Kevlar armor: Boost its armor level to grant reliable protection against small-caliber ammunition.[/]
