MK18 Airsoft – Less-Lethal Rifle

MK18 Airsoft Rifle (Less-Lethal) transforms the unused tutorial weapon known internally as the MK18 Blue into a fully playable less-lethal rifle for regular missions.

In the vanilla game, this blue MK18 can be seen during the tutorial but cannot normally be selected from the loadout menu. This mod repurposes it as an airsoft-inspired tactical platform capable of hurting, staggering, incapacitating, and pressuring suspects into surrender without producing visible blood effects.

The ammunition system is based on the beanbag mechanics already used by the game’s less-lethal shotgun. The firing sound was sourced from a real gas-blowback airsoft/BB gun and heavily edited, layered, and combined with modified game assets to achieve the final result.

An optional orange-tip muzzle brake is also included for players who prefer a more recognizable airsoft appearance.

    MAIN MOD

    1. Download and extract the mod archive.

    2. Copy the main .pak file into:   <Ready or Not installation folder>\ReadyOrNot\Content\Paks

    3. Launch Ready or Not.

    4. Open the loadout menu and equip the MK18 Airsoft Rifle.

    Note: The orange tip is included as an optional muzzle brake accessory that can be equipped on the weapon.
