This mod allows you to use the LSPD helmets without police markings for those who prefer to play other than Law Enforcement

I know there are people out there who like to play as non-law enforcement and want a plain Helmet without any marking associated with law enforcement.
I will start pushing some mods out I have jumped from doing Voice Mods to texturing models and plan to make items for the future.
