This should fix vanilla missing weapons from loadout, while using mods like Gunfighter Basic / AIO, not showing up after latest LSS patch 2. (some players doesn't have this problem)BTW make backup of what you overwrite / delete.

STEP 2. Single Player >Quick Play >Go to Loadout and select every Weapon entering Attachment screen on ALL of them (You don't need attachments) and Same for Breach Shotgun & Headwear > Mount NVGS+GPNVGS > Exit Game After.
STEP 3. Boot up game normally and all guns should be on list
