Kickstart My Heart Or Not - Intro Replacer

Works with Boiling Point DLC Update!

As the brief overview already states, this is a mod that changes the intro of Ready Or Not to a CQB compilation video I made. it features "Kickstart My Heart" by Mötley Crüe, a very iconic Hard Rock / Glam Metal song that is often used for similar videos about different military units, tech and alike.

My motivation behind this was the mod "Forward Observation Group - RoN intro edits" by zizonTimo. Although they offered the Asset Use Permission on their original mod, I still want to credit them for their work that inspired me to create my own. "Kickstart My Heart Or Not - Intro Replacer" features some snippets from the footage zizonTimo used.

Installation

• []Download the .zip file as provided in the Files tab

  []Extract the file (I recommend 7zip)

  []Manual installation:

  3. 1 Navigate to \\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Ready Or Not\ReadyOrNot\Content\Movies

  3. 2 Create a backup of the original "ReadyOrNot_StartupMovie.mp4" file and place it somewhere safe, just in case you need it

  3. 3 Now Copy-Paste the extracted "ReadyOrNot_StartupMovie.mp4" file into the folder and replace the original one

  []Vortex installation: If it didn't install it automatically, navigate to \\AppData\Roaming\Vortex\readyornot\mods, create a folder called "Kickstart My Heart Or Not" and place the .mp4 in there

  Now have fun loading into the game and enjoy the intro!
