📋 About This Mod
Two VIP twins where staying in this Hotel Panama but we have reports that a gang has captured them and are demanding a ransom. They are the daughters of Senator Crooke and he is refusing to trade money over to rescue them. He has connections within out department and the SWAT team is being called in to rescue them. Be advised that we have reports that they can in heavily armed, so use extreme caution. Also, about 10 minutes ago an explosion went off in the building and caused some electrical damage.
I would like to thank the many helpful users of the RoN Custom Maps discord channel. Without the help of the people there is no way I would have been able to accomplish any of this. Also, thank you to my friends and others that have tested this map with me and gave me great feedback. I wouldn't be able to make anything like this without all the support and constructive criticism I have received.
DO NOT USE THE CUSTOM AI CONFIG INCLUDED IN THE MAP ZIP FOLDER. THAT WILL LEAD TO MASS SUSPECT SUICIDE. I HAVE UPLOADED A SEPERATE AI CONFIG THAT FIXES THIS ISSUE. USE THAT
The custom AI file will affect all of the test maps in the game.
If you want to play those I HIGHLY recommend removing my custom file as those maps will have 26 suspects and while I personally find them fun, it makes some of them incredibly difficult.
I highly encourage good constructive criticism and bug reporting for this. I'm always checking on here for people's suggestions and reported bugs. If you have a bug please let me know with as much detail as possible so I have a better chance at fixing it for you all.
There is a known issue with the AI getting stuck on seemingly nothing. I've had them get stuck in front of doors, standing next to walls and other odd issues. Typically it's just 1 AI Swat member that gets stuck. Looking for a fix on this, but it's just an FYI for you single player folks.
