Generic Swat All Black Olive Drab and Blue Options

Based on BeYkeRYkt's generic Swat mod with options to make all team members wear all black, OD or navy blue uniforms. In the default generic Swat mod, half of the Swat team wear navy blue and the other half wear black uniforms, this mod gives options to make them wear the same uniforms.
