Adds Blue G3 shirts and pants, adds LSPD SWAT patches by crussong, Removes the US flag on the Black and Blue Shirts for that cool LAPD style (still present on RG cause it looks cool on RG and it's too far off from a LAPD uniform). IR flag reflection on NVG removed on the Black and blue shirt. Now has full sleeves version available. This is a retexture mod, made it so it doesn't crash the game with DLCs. Highly recommended to get both main files.

Pouches and Holster for G3 pants
LSPD SERT Vests
LSPD Siege-R Plate Carrier
