G18C and S2011 Reload Fix

Currently tactical reload of G18C and ADS tactical reload of S2011 does not successfully swap your mags.

All corresponding reload animations are fixed by this mod. It also potentially fixes other gun mods using reload animations from G18C and S2011.

The first draw animations for both guns are NO LONGER MODIFIED because I want to keep this mod modular. Use other mods (S2011 Faster Draw Animation) with this mod if you want to remove it.
