Faster Aim and Better ATACR (Boiling Point)

This mod changes the aiming speed multiplier of all scopes to 3, slightly disrupting game balance but greatly enhancing the user experience of scopes.

This mod will conflict with any other scope mod that has modified the blueprint, but I still choose to only set the pakchunk of this mod to 89, so that other scope mods with pakchunks of 99 or 999 can override this mod.

It is not recommended to modify the pakchunk of this mod to be larger than other scope mods to overwrite them, as this can cause other scope mods to lose the offset set by the author, resulting in the inability to aim.

In addition, the ATACR blueprint has been rewritten and named "Nightforce® ATACR™ 1-8x24", featuring continuous zoom functionality with a zoom range of 1-8x, and the effect at the maximum zoom level is consistent with the original "12x".
