Crye Precision G4 Blue color variant

About 

Adds blue variant for Crye Precision G4 Combat Uniform as addon but you still need original mod, the other mod wasn't been updated since DLC2 soo I decided to do it myself, I tried to match color to bravo1charlie's blue uniforms retextures.

Mod content:
