小于1mb的中文字幕修复
看到n网上已经有人发过中文修复了，但是都直接复制粘贴整个VO文件夹导致大小来到800+mb。。。
于是我就自己删了多余的文件，仅保留中文字幕（即sub_cn.csv）文件，缩减了文件体积
我还补全了港口集装箱的Judge与TOC字幕（FISA官方翻译了所以我不用管）
抛开漏翻的几句，官中的问题就只是文件命名格式错了而已。。。
所以懒狗VOID啥时候能自己把这玩意修了
解压文件得到VO文件夹，将其覆盖至\steamapps\common\Ready Or Not\ReadyOrNot\Content\VO
提示覆盖时选择“全是”
进入游戏开启字幕并选择中文即可生效
妈妈再也不用替Judge背锅了（雾）
手动翻译了训练场教官的语音字幕
