Beyond Max Suspects

Typical max suspects mod works by changing the difficulty files and requesting the game spawn more suspects and are limited by the number of spawn points present in each map.

Max suspect mod on a map that only supports 11?  you get 11. This mod lets you get 100.

Features

1. You get what you asked for

This mod is instead a script the forcibly spawn more suspects on mission start until it reaches the target.

Ask for 100? you get 100. Ask for 500? well go find out because my PC cant.

2. Different every run

- Randomized room-by-room distribution, re-seeded per mission

- Unpredictable unlike typical saturated map on max suspects mods which by definition mean all spawn points are used (and so always the same every run)

3. Spawnkill protection

- LOS and distance check blacklist area/rooms near spawn from spawning extras.

- Does NOT prevent them from running out the door and charging you anyway.

4. Host only - everybody else doesnt need to install anything

5. Compatible with other AI Mods

This mod only spawn more suspects on mission start. It doesnt touch the difficulty files so if you have other AI mod that changes the config, they can be used together!

6. Avoids duplicating objective/named suspect like michael or amos

7. Updated mod version 1. 6 also let you spawn more civilians / beyond max civilians

INSTALL(ALL-IN-1, includes UE4SS Experimental)

1. Extract/Drop everything into  ReadyOrNot\Binaries\Win64\

INSTALL(Standalone, if you already have UE4SS)

1. Install UE4SS Experimental first: (or skip if you already have one installed) - UE4SS_v*.zip

2. Drop Mod folder into:

ReadyOrNot\Binaries\Win64\ue4ss\Mods\

UPDATING

Option 1. Just use ALL-IN-1 to Extract/Drop overwrite everything into ReadyOrNot\Binaries\Win64\

Option 2. Replace the standalone BeyondMaxSuspects folder in ReadyOrNot\Binaries\Win64\ue4ss\Mods\

UNINSTALL

just delete the BeyondMaxSuspects in Mods folder (or delete ue4ss entirely depending on if you use it for other mods)

CONFIGURE

...\Steam\steamapps\common\Ready Or Not\ReadyOrNot\Binaries\Win64\ue4ss\Mods\BeyondMaxSuspects\Scripts

Scripts\config.lua is one line: (copy from config.example.lua and rename it config.lua - default of 100 will be used without config file)

-suspects = 100        -- fill every map to 100

-suspects = "3x"        -- 3x whatever map/AI mod requested

Set it to 0 or "1x" to follow your difficulty files instead:

-suspects = 0          -- fill up to whatever the difficulty file requested if you have any installed (or vanilla) , Beware if you have other max suspects mod, some put absurd number in there so hardcap is 500 (i dare you change it, and send the screenshot to me if game havent crashed by then)

-civilians = "2x"
