I used BeYkeRYkt's armed swat so it depends on it, used some of kekczlowiek OD reskin (to make it faster) so all credits and endorsments on them.
To install download armed swat lspd file (not the common file) and character look overrider (not the vest patch one) just make sure you don't have any skin or vest retexture fix mod.
