Archons Realistic AI Overhaul

I have made this so the Suspects and swat respond more realistic. with a few other Tweaks.

I do apologize for Lack of Updating over the last year, as I have been dealing with Medical Issues, and some other real life stuff, but will be working on updating this more often.

Changes:

• []Suspect Count Increased. Average of 20-30 Suspects Per level.[/]

  []Suspect Minimum Morale changed to Minimum of 60%[/]

  []Civilian Count Increased[/]

  []Increased the minimum amount of Suspects & Civilians who flee when spotting a player[/]

  []Suspects and Civilians have been outfitted with Explosive Vests. - See Known Issues[/]

  []Increased amount of suspects that spawn unarmed or with knives[/]

  []Traps now have a chance to spawn on every level.[/]

  []More Suspects will now roam and hunt for the S. W. A. T. Team[/]

  []Have increased the chances of the AI to Play Dead, Fake Surrender, or Suicide.[/]

  []Suspect Reaction time decreased, but still within trained combatant skills[/]

  []Suspect Accuracy Decreased, the farther away you are, the less chance to hit you immediately[/]

  []Suspects are less forgetful, they're never gonna give you up, never gonna let you down, always gonna run around and try to hurt you[/]

  []Suspects are more aware of your actions, i.e. grenades, explosions, flashlights[/]

  []Suspects will spot you from farther away, and they will immediately try to find cover/concealment and suppress you[/]

  []Increased Time to fire after Door Kick for Suspects on Multiple Maps[/]

  []Decreased time to fire on All maps for Suspects after raising their weapon[/]

  []SWAT Accuracy increased across all maps[/]
