All Gods Burn (Bank) Suspect Rework

All Gods Burn becomes quite easy on subsequent runs, so this mod does the opposite of my A New America suspect rework and gives more firepower to the PMCs and some of the Rioters with appropriate suspect archetypes (sneaky and irrational).

PMCs: MP5A2 replaced by HK51 Battle Rifles (same weapon family, a lot deadlier). Added Carry handle to Mk18s because it looks cooler and is a nod to Heat.

Rioters: sneaky and irrational archetypes now use exclusively carbines: AKS74U, meant to represent weapons taken by the weapon caches around the level that has the AK, and a SBR rifle with holosun optic meant to represent an AR brought from their own home. Removed shotguns and the Calico.

Hesitant armed rioters still have the original loadouts, like the shotguns, calico, pistols, etc.

Lastly, replaced the G19 for the black variant to match the gun caches.

V 1. 1: Replaced the AK103 with the SLR47 as it is more suited for CQB in the bank. Replaced Supernova with M870 as it fixes the grip animation issue from the base game (supernova anim for suspects acts as if there is no pistol grip) and added opscore helmets to all PMCs.

This makes the level more challenging but not frustratingly so, it is meant to make it more fun. I lost no officers on playtesting but the player and the rest of the squad were more injured and we were suppressed way more often.
