suspect count increased, difficulty increased, bomb timer decreased to 6 mins and suspects are more likely to comply
more features like hostage taking and suicide more likely but made this a while ago and dont remember all of it hope ya like it anyways
unzip the zip file and drag the pak file into your pak folder and thats it youre ready to play, pak folder is found at readyornot>content>paks, if you still cant find it the easiest way is to go to ready or not in your steam library, click the setting icon and click on browse local files.
