4-3 Bodycam-Helmetcam-TV Effect

This preset can (and more than likely will) cause dizziness and/or sickness when using the STRETCHED option. If you feel uneasy or queasy while using it, immediately turn it off and use either the CROPPED option or none.

I am still looking for ways to make this better and so this is not a simple dump of a preset. I am open to any suggestions and any feedback.

Feel free to add any images you capture in-game and any videos using the preset.
