to install unzip the file and then go to readyornot>content>Splash, keep the original safe elsewhere if you want but just swap the Splash.bmp and youre good to go!
if you cannot find this file in the library page for ready or not in steam, click on the settings gear icon on the right of the page then navigate to "browse local files", this should take you to the ready or not folder then follow the steps above.
disclaimer i did not create the original artwork i only cropped resized and adjusted the border to fit the frame.
