Walking Control Complete

Rockstar didn't give us fine control over our walking/running speed. This mod aims to get you closer to the control you would have if you were to play with a controller.

This mod respects the default behaviour of the game and only improves upon it, rather than overriding it. I worked a lot on making it as non-intrusive as possible, everything should feel like it's a vanilla feature of the game.

Mod is configurable(through ini file) so you can only keep the features you want. Just read the configuration file which is very detailed.

1. Light Run: Tap Shift to run slightly slower than the standard speed. (Light Run speed is configurable)

2. Running toggle: Tap Shift to toggle between running and walking. This is useful if you don't want to stop abruptly and make the transition smoother. This works with Light Run, regular running(hold Shift then release) and all custom speeds.

3. Fast Walk: Tap Alt(configurable) to toggle between Fast Walk and normal walking speed or hold Alt to Slow Walk. You can also switch between Light Run and Fast Walk easily. If you are using Light Run, just tap Alt to slow back down to your custom Fast Walk speed. (same with Fast Walk > Light Run).

!! THIS FEATURE OVERRIDES THE "Show Radar" FUNCTIONS ON ALT, but you can still use them when you are not moving. Just release WASD and you can press ALT to control your Radar.

4. Custom speed: Use the mouse wheel to "detach" from your current speed and have finer control. Once you press "Shift" you will return to the default behaviour, so it isn't as aggressive as other mods.

• You can also run in camp/indoors, but you have to press Shift + Mouse Wheel Up.  Then you can control your speed with the mouse wheel. Pressing "Shift" again will revert back to normal.
