installation: put the replace and stream folders in the lml folder
how to make abigail appear: open rampage in the game and go into the player menu and switch outfit variations. she sometimes disappears in certain cutscenes but open rampage up again and switch the outfits and she'll appear again.
you can use other trainers to do the same thing, but i recommend rampage for it.
