simply what this mod does:
Restores a lots of Props with priority level PRI_OPTIONAL_LOW that was supposed to be in the game which doesn't spawn due to a engine bug.
maybe due to some Rockstar oversights games using newer version of RAGE engine(Grand Theft Auto V and Red Dead Redemption 2) doesn't load low priority props(props tagged with PRI_OPTIONAL_LOW) this fixes these issues.
compatibility:
this mod works with both GTA V & RDR2 it just requires any .asi loaders which works with these 2 Games.

installation:

[]download .asi loader of your choice but dinput8.dll which comes with SciptHookRDR2 is recommended
[]extract the .asi loader in the root game directory where RDR2.exe is located
[]now download this mod and extract the Rage-LowPriorityPropsRestore.asi file in the same directory
[]installation is complete launch the game and play
