Oblivion Scavenger Guards

Have you ever wanted to have scavengers yell at you to die and call you a criminal scum just for accidentally walking two steps past the toll? No? Well, here you go. Oblivion Guard voice lines have been given to the Scavengers. HUGE credits to Javadog's mod, Goofy Scavengers. I used most of the code from that mod. Please go check it out. This is my first mod, I don't know much coding at all, so expect there to be bugs. Opsiian has played my mod! :)
