PixelPerfect

Make sure to select the aspect ratio in the options menu (not the remix menu). This mod lets you experience true pixel-perfect Rain World graphics! There is a downside, however: the resolution is cropped to 720p, and some UI elements will be cropped as well, but it’s still perfectly playable. If you have a 1440p or 2160p monitor, just set the game to fullscreen and it will be integer-upscaled automatically. Don’t let the cropping scare you, because when the player moves to the edge of the screen, the camera will move smoothly so you can see the cropped area. It works on 1080p as well, but it uses nearest-neighbour upscaling instead. Unfortunately, 1080p won’t be pixel-perfect, but it will still look significantly better than upscaling 768p to 1080p, because 1080 / 768 ≈ 1. 4 (which is most noticeable when looking at poles, some appear thick, others thin) whereas 1080 / 720 = 1. 5 (so all poles have an even thickness). Enjoy the intended Rain World graphics! UPDATE: Added more aspect ratio support, including ultrawide! The maximum width is now 17:9, and the image will no longer be stretched to fit the display width in ultrawide. UPDATE 2: Wide aspect ratios no longer stretch the height on standard screens (in case you want to use them for some reason). You can now press Left Control / Right Control (keyboard) or L3 / R3 (joystick) to access the cropped area (minor visual glitches may occur). The expedition list is no longer cropped. Some code has also been optimized so that certain functions no longer run unnecessarily. UPDATE 3: Optimized Update 2 because it caused conflicts with other mods. Holding Ctrl will now produce significant visual glitches, so use it only when necessary.
