Electric Lizard

Adds the Electric Lizard. Electric lizard is a dangerous predator that uses the power of electricity to deal with its victims. It has many different features: It releases an electric zap every 1–2 seconds (the frequency and power of the zap are determined by the distance from the nearest zap coil). Whenever the lizard bites you, it will release an energy zap, thus creating a 'splash' attack. The lizard drains electricity from nearest zap coils, allowing it to move up to 3x of its normal speed. If the lizard gets too close to the zap coils. It will disable the coil until lizard moves away You can charge a discharged electric spear by throwing it at the lizard. If you throw an already charged electric spear at it, the lizard will enter an 'overcharged' state and will release a huge energy zap in a huge radius until it blows up. If the lizard releases energy in water, it will explode, dealing lethal damage over a huge radius. However, it can stop passive electric pulses for a short period of time, allowing it to actually swim for about a second.
