Woodys Wesser Grade Adjustment

This small mod smooths out the mainline grade on the west side of Wesser to be gentler & less abrupt.

In the Vanilla track profile, trains departing Wesser Westbound encounter a rapid shift from the 0% grade of Wesser to the 1. 8%+ of the climb up the Nantahala River in a very short space. This mod smooths out the grade transition as well as reduces the maximum grade on this portion of the line to be 1. 5%.

This mod is tested to be compatible with Katers Smokey Mountain Logging.

I have not tested it but this mod is likely not compatible with either Latom's Wesser Industries or A. W. L. T. I - Almond to Wesser Industrial Branch line due to the extensive track modifications these make to the Wesser area.

All other compatibilities are unknown.
