Woodys McAdams Multi-Fuel Refinery

This mod adds a mid-size fuel refinery to Alarka & it is accessed off the existing Alarka Fuel industry track.

At Tier 5, the McAdams Multi-Fuel Refinery intakes 192,000 gallons of Crude Oil daily as well as a steady supply of spare parts to the parts warehouse. In exchange the refinery produces 48,000 gallons of Gasoline & Heavy Oil as well as 40,000 gallons of 100 Octane Aviation Fuel & Propane. The remaining crude oil is distilled into 48,000 gallons of Diesel Fuel. As part of the service agreement between the Railroad & the Refinery, the Railroad has agreed to charge favorable freight rates to the Refinery in exchange for the Refinery agreeing to keep a dedicated 24,000 gallon Diesel storage tank topped up. This Diesel storage tank is for the Railroads exclusive use however the Railroad must use its own tank cars to move the Diesel in this tank to where it is needed on the Railroad.
