Pretty simple, It installs via Unity Mod Manager. Requires Lego's Library of stuff : https://www.nexusmods.com/railroader/mods/303

To use this mod :
Install it via UMM. (Requires Lego's Library of stuff)
Select customize on the locomotive you'd like to change bells on
Pick a bell
Close the customization window
This mod will be updated overtime to add more sounds and features.
