Adds a USRA Specification 1005-B 55-ton Steel Twin Hopper to the game in 14 different prototypical paint schemes plus a data only version. Version 1. 1 fixes an issue with the D&H hopper having one of the roadnumber decals reversed.

25,000 of these cars were built during World War I when the government tried to nationalize America's railroads and introduce standards for freight cars and locomotives. Those 25,000 cars were assigned to 22 different railroads. Broadly this design was very influential. Prior to the first world war, many car builders were using a similar design that eventually became the 1005-B specification. After the war, this design continued to be built in the thousands. Some famous "clones" based on this design include the N&W HL class and the Pennsylvania GLa class.

14 different railroads are represented in this mod that cover a mixture of USRA-ordered cars and "clones" of the 1005-B design.
