Adds the 8,000 and 10,000 gallon versions of the Union Tank Car Company X-3 Tank Car to the game in several different prototypical paint schemes plus data only versions.

Between 1927 and 1929, thousands of the "classic" version of these tank cars were built for Union Tank Car Company, most being adorned with their basic black and yellow lettering scheme. The Skelly Oil Company leased a sizable number of these cars which were painted silver with black lettering. Both the Skelly Oil Company and basic UTLX schemes are represented in this mod, as well as The Atlantic Refining Company, another lessor of these cars. There are also purchasable data only versions for those of you who would like to use these in company service.
