The Happy Cow Dairy

Adds an entire dairy industry. Just like the game's period of interpretation, you wouldn't ship milk long distance, so local farms supplying local processing plants that, in turn, would supply local ware houses so the local milk men can deliver it to the customers. The long of it is you contract with Ela Dairy Farm and supply it with farm supplies and animal feed from the interchange and it supplies a captive service of raw milk. Supply it your own tankers ( up to 12 a day) and you can then transport that to the Happy Farm Dairy (outside of Whittier East) , no contract needed, just supply it the full tankers of raw milk and your own reefer box cars, or as of 1. 2. 6, box cars, it will output up to 12 reefer or box cars of bottled milk a day. You can then contract with each of the regional warehouses ( Sylva, Whittier, Bryson, Alarka, Nantahala, and Andrews) to supply up to 2 reefer cars of bottled milk a day. This is set up to be vanilla progress friendly, each warehouse is contracted separately so as you unlock the different regions you can, if you want, contract with the region's warehouse to supply it bottled milk. And as raw milk and bottled milk is captive, if other mod makers want to hook into this for, say, a creamery to take in bottled milk and supply ice cream, or a cheese factory to take in raw milk to make cheese, it's easy to do. :D

As of 1. 2. 6 , reefers are now a soft requirement. I still recommend them for the realism factor but if you have issues with the reefer box car mod, you now have another option. :D
