1. License Grant

You are free to use, modify, and include the assets from the RTM Asset Pack in your own projects or mods, as long as you follow the terms below.

2. Credit Requirement

You must give proper credit to RTM when using these assets.

Acceptable credit examples:

“Assets provided by RTM”

“Contains content from the RTM Asset Pack”

Credit should appear somewhere visible, such as in your mod description, in-game credits, or documentation.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

Claim these assets as your own.

Reupload or redistribute the pack as-is (without being part of another project).

Sell or charge for access to the RTM Asset Pack directly.

Use these assets in illegal, hateful, or discriminatory content.

4. Modifications

You can edit, retexture, or modify the assets to fit your project, but credit to RTM must remain even if changes are made.

5. Ownership

All assets remain the property of RTM (Railroader Track Modding). This EULA grants permission to use them — it does not transfer ownership.

6. Disclaimer

The RTM Asset Pack is provided “as is”.

7. Agreement

By downloading, installing, or using the RTM Asset Pack, you agree to all terms listed in this EULA.
