📋 About This Mod
Changes base game to send completed cars to on-map industries instead of interchanges and manages captive fleets. Full autoconfig, should work with most map mods, use json to override and customize. Requires only UMM.
Description
Enhance default freight operations and manage your own captive fleets. This mod will automatically rebill completed cars to on-map industries, instead of interchanges, when possible. Fully automatic configuration, should play nice with most map mods. Override configuration via JSON files. Load with UMM, replaces previous madness with no other dependencies.

Optional distance based rebilling for empty contract cars.
Option to limit billing by industry inventory.
Optional payment reduction for very short moves.
Configurable stale car timeout and minCars setting.
Compatible with previous json files.

Full automatic configuration w/file override.
Added diesel-fuel to Named Captive Fuel Fleets.
Added option to disable rebilling loads back to the originating industry (for piggyback service)
Checks to not intercept ic2ic traffic.

Installation instructions
Unzip folder to you Railroader Mods folder or install with UMM.
If updating, backup your config files and uninstall or delete the previous "us.dchn.railroader.rebillindustrycars" folder.
