Adds the N&W B1, B2, B3, PRR and DT&I X31A, X31B, X32B, and Virginian AX-1 classes of boxcars to the game in a total of 15 different paint schemes including the data only versions.

In 1934 the Pennsylvania Railroad designed and built 40ft and 50ft all steel boxcars that were meant to have the most cubic capacity loading while still meeting tunnel clearance restrictions. They were classified as the X31 and X32 respectively. At that time, the PRR was the majority stakeholder for the DT&I and N&W, who both also adopted this boxcar design. The Virginian also had a small fleet of the 50ft cars that they classified as AX-1s.

Early X31 and X31A boxcars for the Pennsylvania Railroad were built with a stepped roof seam. This was later changed to a flush roof seam, starting with the X31B. The N&W, DT&I, and Virginiancars all featured the flush roof seam, as did the PRR X32 series. All of these railroads and variations are represented in this mod, some with multiple paint schemes.
